  1. Marketing

    Ability to add company name/logo to loyalty URL web site. Customer knows the store they are at but may not know what FasCard is. If FasCard wishes to promote their name/logo too maybe a compromise of “Laundry Spot powered by FasCard”
    Allow customers to purchase loyalty cards via the laundromats web site
    Make registered users list exportable so can be used in other marketing software
    Input birthday/anniversary on registered cards for bonus
    Capability to email a customer whose account has been inactive for a period of time by offering them a coupon/bonus

  2. More Kiosk Options such as:

    Spanish and English Instructions

    Better way to prevent a customer’s account from being duplicated by another customer because they didn’t click “done” on kiosk before they walked away

    Improved reliability of the kiosk system with cards and/or manually entering card on kiosk touch screen

    Encourage customers to register their card at Kiosk touch screen by offering a bonus if they do

    Ability to offer video ads on home screen

    Charge a deposit for a new card if less than “x” amount is placed on card

    More options such as on Laundry Card

  3. Display Loyalty Cards

    Add a column in reports for loyalty card number used for any transactions and make that a clickable link to the customer’s account. For example if a customer used their credit card to buy a loyalty card display the loyalty card used for that transaction in the report. If a customer used a loyalty card to turn on a machine, regardless of how they paid, display the loyalty card on the report.

  4. Subscription Service

    Offer a subscription service that will auto debit a customer’s credit card on file once a month for say $20 and then puts the $20 on their account and enters them in a preset group that gives them a discount for doing such.

  5. Loyalty accounts - automatically send "low balance" email

    The system can provide a field to define the minimum acceptable amount a card should have. If a valid email address is found in the account, that address will receive a notification when the balance is at or below the minimum.

  6. Touch Kiosk "Adding value to the card"

    When a customer inserts the <CARD> to make a transaction, the kiosk should hold the card until the customer hits <DONE> then release the <CARD> to the customer. Many times customers think the machine isn't working properly because it kicks the card back out similar to what a change machine does when you insert a bill and it kicks it out because it was rejected. Then they try to reinsert the card and it wont accept it at this point. This <HOLD> on the card will also force the customer to hit <DONE> to get there card back. This will…

  7. New Feature - API

    Would like to see and API so that we can easily extract our data from FasCard into our own applications for metric driven purposes. This would allow for more applications to evolve around FasCard and only further promote the product as well as allow us to create new Apps centered around the data.

  8. F2 Reader- 1.Preset Dryer Amounts/ 2.Swipe Card

    Come up with a better software design to force the customer to manually select a preset first before swiping there laundry card or credit card. Or maybe have a message come up saying "Select Dryer Minutes then swipe card" To many customers walk up to the machine swipe the card first then press the "Dryer minutes" second then walk away thinking they put more minutes than the default.   9. View Loyalty Cards on Web Site

    Currently the only two options to view loyalty account holders are 4 on one page or all. It would be nice to be able to select how many accounts to view on one page at a time. Maybe 10… 25… 50? Something other than 4 or all.

  10. Easier Reporting and Analysis

    CCI would own the market if it improved its business analysis. Currently I think it’s lacking convenience. A dashboard showing graphs and meters of daily, weekly, monthly - shoot even hourly - sales and patterns would be so useful. Asking owners to download spreadsheets and manually make changes is combersome and unlikely to happen unless they have sophistication and time. CCI should offer this feature in future upgrades.

  11. Collection

    Collection option on the Fascard admin site that allows you to 'select/collect' all machines so owners do not have to swipe card on each machine to reflect 'collection' report.

  12. New Feature - Out of Order Display

    When Disabling a FasCard Reader can we get a customized message that says "Out Of Order" so that it also lets users know that the machine is down and should not put coins in as well? It would be helpful to be able to place these machines in Maintenance Mode so customers know it is down

  15. Available balance check online

    On your website you should have an option to check the available balance on customers Fascards/Loyalty Cards because I’ve been searching online and calling every number I could find that’s in someway associated with Fascard and STILL HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT THE BALANCE on my card! I need to know if I have enough funds on the card or do I need to add more to finish laundry this Friday?

  16. Scan QR Code at Kiosk to Add Cash to account.

    By scanning a QR Code on the Touch Screen Kiosk a customer can now add cash to there account app (Laundry Card Not Present) This feature is available with Huebsch's new Payment system and cash Kiosk so I recommend this to be available for Fascard to be competitive.

  17. An income Report please that allows me

    I would like to compare my income report on a daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis without having to generate for example 4 separate reports to see what I did in the last seven days. It seems like that data is there or else I could not pull 4 days or a month to get a total.... I just want to be able to put in a range of dates and click "daily" or "weekly". This report would be an excellent tool to see and compare what I do for business each day, finding my slowest day of the…

  18. New feature-Multi coin/credit with one swipe

    It would be nice if the customer could choose a multi coin amount on dryers that are (x) minutes per quarter instead of having to swipe their card 3-6 times to put time on the dryers.

  20. Bonus Coupon Expiration Dates

    The option for bonus values to be limited time only (with expiration dates).

    For example, we could issue a $2.50 bonus to customers that expires at the end of the month. This gives customers a sense of urgency to visit the store and redeem the bonus.

    Currently the Bonus End Date just means customers must enter their code before that date, and then they have the bonus value on their account forever. So there is no urgency. That's fine, but it would be even better if the Bonuses could expire at a set date.

    A workaround would be allowing Admins…
